I recently visited one of the most distinctive bubble tea spots I’ve ever tried. They specialize in lemon-flavored drinks alongside creative combinations. My friend and I were delighted by our flavorful, generously sized cups, which even included a tiny mahjong tile as a charming little surprise. If you’re a fan of bright, zesty lemon teas, this is the perfect place to stop. The staff were friendly and efficient, too!

Heard so much about punching lemon tea. This is 100% worth a try. I got the white peach Lemon tea and my friend got the yashi (black tea) lemon tea. Flavor is strong, but on point; you can really taste the white peach. It's surprisingly not sour at all. The yashi tea felt like a roasted or deep flavor of black tea. I will say though- $10 is quite pricy for bbt, but definitely a nice treat once in a while. Would come again to try other flavors!

Definitely a pricey drink with deceptively big cups but it’s full of ice. BUT it’s actually so delicious and worth the try!

Got the Yashi Lemon Tea. Really good and distinct flavours. If you like calamansi then you would like their drink variety. Strong tea flavours complemented with the citrus lime but refreshing with a hint of sweetness. All their drinks sound really interesting, especially the bitter melon drink. They also have a nice concept of collecting different mahjong tiles with each drink purchased and you can receive discounts based on the different combination of tiles collected. Definitely my go to drink store now. Hopefully they open more locations in the future.

The tea are well made with very distinguishable tea favour. The “Duck Poop” Oolong tea has a special Oolong favour! I am waiting for Citrus Medica tea! Each cup of tea included a small Mahjong! Very funny!

At first, I wasn't sure about this place because I the type who usually DON'T add sugar to any of my black teas, but we gave this place a try and the freshness and addiction is REAL! I think my preference for lemon/lime teas have upgraded after having this place because I never liked them at HK cafes before but now I'm addicted to this place! My fave is still the Passionfruit Lime Tea and Osmanthus Lemon Tea. Wouldn't try their coconut milk tea because with Lemon (or any citrus) it just tasted weird..and the milk started separating. Their Yashi & Thai Green Tea were okay but not much flavour in my opinion. i don't know what time this place is actually NOT busy because it seems like everytime I go, the wait for 1 or 2 drinks would be at least 10-15 minutes or even 20 minutes at least. And they don't have much waiting area or enough seats there. And while we're waiting for our orders, we noticed that many actually pre-order to avoid the lineup and wait inside since it's quite narrow small. If you're claustrophobic like me, then you can also consider waiting outside.

Edit 12/03/2023: I've come back a few times since the first review. There are no lemons to be found and I believe they just adapted the recipes for lemon drinks with limes. Quality of the drinks are consistent and tasty. I've since tried the Yashi Lemon Tea which offers a different black tea flavour compared to the Signature lemon tea. *********** We stopped in to try this new spot for tea based drinks. They were unfortunately only offering their Milk Tea or Lime style drinks on Oct 15. We ordered the Signature Lime Tea, White Peach Lime Tea and Osthamus Lime Tea drinks. The worker recommended 70% sugar if you prefer your drink to be not too sweet and I'd agree with her. At 50% sugar you'll taste more of the tea and citrus (lemon/lime). I also think that the drink is delicious and not overly sweet at 100% sugar compared to other competitors like Cha Time/Gong Cha where their 100% sugar feels like your teeth will rot. There are no toppings for the drinks. Each drink comes with a cute mini mahjong tile. The space itself is small and functional with 1 soft bench for waiting patrons. We'll be back to try their lemon drinks next time!
